Position Title: Part-Time Graphic Designer (20–30 hours/week)
Location: Remote (Raleigh, NC)
Reports to: Creative Director
About Elevate Eyecare
Elevate Eyecare is a growing management services organization supporting a network of independent optometry practices. We believe doctors should be empowered to focus on exceptional patient care while we support them with the infrastructure to thrive—from marketing and operations to people and finance.
We’re looking for a part-time Graphic Designer who can help bring this vision to life visually. This role will support both brand-level and practice-level initiatives, creating assets that clarify our message, strengthen our identity, and drive engagement with both prospective partners and patients.
About the Role
As Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate with the Creative Director to design and deliver a range of marketing, communication, and brand assets. This includes everything from building templates for campaigns and localized print materials to digital assets and internal team culture pieces.
You’ll play a key role in supporting our strategy to grow Elevate Eyecare’s presence in a clear, compelling, and human-centered way.
Responsibilities
- Design marketing and communication materials for both Elevate Eyecare’s core brand and the individual practices we support.
- Create visual assets for individual locations, environmental graphics, email campaigns, direct mail, and social media.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to translate business goals into design solutions that are on-brand and audience-aware.
- Support the development of scalable templates and systems to maintain consistency across locations and touchpoints.
- Design internal-facing materials to support culture-building, team engagement and brand education.
- Prepare and organize design files for print production and to use in Microsoft 365 (e.g., PowerPoint, Word) and shared OneDrive folders.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional design experience, ideally with exposure to marketing, health services, or multi-location brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with Microsoft 365.
- Portfolio showcasing both digital and print work with strong attention to hierarchy, typography, and brand alignment.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
- Organized, resourceful, and comfortable designing within a fast-moving and evolving business context.
- Bonus: Experience with building editable templates for non-designers.
Why Join Us?
- Flexible remote work (20–30 hours/week) with consistent creative work and strategic input.
- Opportunity to shape a brand that’s redefining what it means to support independent optometry practices.
- A thoughtful and collaborative creative environment—where design is seen as a business advantage, not just decoration.
- Clear priorities, quick feedback loops, and the chance to make an immediate impact.
