About the role

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to help shape the future of our B2B mental health platform. This hands-on role focuses on creating intuitive, user-centered experiences for our mobile and desktop products, turning insights from research and data into impactful designs.

Responsibilities

  • Design Solutions: Create user-friendly features that align user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

  • Prototyping & Iteration: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI, refining designs based on user feedback and data.

  • Design Systems: Maintain and expand our design system to ensure consistency across platforms.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics and user research tools to inform and improve design choices.

Experience

  • Proven experience in product design, ideally working on complex B2B or mental health-focused platforms.

  • Expertise in design tools like Figma and prototyping tools, and familiarity with analytics platforms.

  • UX: Mapping user flows, solving complex interaction problems, and designing intuitive experiences.

  • UI: Delivering polished, pixel-perfect designs that feel effortless to users.

  • Systems Thinking: Understanding the big picture and designing within and for a scalable design system.

About you

  • You approach challenges with creativity, a doer attitude, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence.

  • Your designs don’t just look good—they work beautifully. You simplify the messy and make the complex feel intuitive.

  • You iterate quickly, use A/B testing, and let data guide you toward better solutions.

  • You have the ability to articulate your design rationale clearly and confidently, bridging the gap between users, business goals, and technical requirements.

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, working closely with developers, other designers, and stakeholders.

  • You are fluent in English (our company language) and are based in Berlin

Nice to have

  • User Research: Conducting and incorporating insights from usability testing and feedback.

  • Knowledge of front-end principles or motion design.
