About the Role

At Caesars Entertainment, our brands — including Caesars Palace, Flamingo, Harrah’s, Paris Las Vegas, The LINQ, and many more — aren’t just places; they’re experiences. And now, we're taking the digital side of those experiences to the next level.

As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll be embedded within product teams but supported by centralized DesignOps leadership — ensuring you have the tools, systems, and governance to build at scale without sacrificing craft. You’ll design visually refined, modular components and experiences that can adapt across platforms and brands, supporting a growing ecosystem that reaches millions of guests across web, app, in-room devices, and property signage.

We’re looking for design system architects — designers who think beyond screens and individual features, and instead build adaptable, scalable experiences that can grow with us.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Craft Visually Exceptional UI: Design modular, scalable user interfaces with precision in typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, motion, and behavior.
  • Design for Systems and Scale: Expand our design system with reusable components, design tokens, responsive patterns, and cross-platform adaptivity.
  • Leverage Figma Expertise: Build highly structured files using components, properties, variants, Dev Mode specs, and token documentation.
  • Architect Ecosystem Experiences: Design cross-surface experiences for web, mobile app, kiosks, and in-room TVs, maintaining brand and system consistency.
  • Deliver Engineering-Ready Designs: Create modular, production-ready design assets that align with design-to-code pipelines and automation tools.
  • Advance Content Integration: Collaborate on UX writing and content systemization within design patterns and flows.
  • Collaborate Deeply: Work hands-on with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers inside your product team while connecting back to centralized design governance.
  • Drive Future-Forward Workflows: Contribute to innovations in design-to-code practices, AI-driven tooling, token management, and workflow optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of professional product design experience in platform, app, or digital ecosystem design.
  • A strong body of work demonstrating production-quality design built for scalability, modularity, and system integration.
  • Mastery of Figma, including Dev Mode collaboration, component architecture, and token management.
  • Deep understanding of building for modular, cross-surface ecosystems (web, app, kiosk, TV).
  • Advanced proficiency in typography, spacing, hierarchy, responsive design, accessibility, and interaction principles.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating scalable content strategies within design systems.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across disciplines.
  • Growth-oriented mindset and system-driven approach.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience evolving multi-brand or multi-surface design systems.
  • Familiarity with motion systems (e.g., Rive, Lottie) and applying motion design principles to product ecosystems.
  • Experience with advanced design-to-code pipelines, token management tools (e.g., Token Studio), or automation frameworks.
  • Exposure to personalization architecture and adaptive system strategies.

Software:

  • Expert proficiency in Figma (properties, variants, components, Dev Mode, tokens).
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, etc. for project management and documentation.
  • Familiarity with motion prototyping tools like Rive, Principle, or Lottie.
  • Working knowledge of design tokens, design systems architecture, and responsive frameworks.

Education:

  • BS/BA in Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Design, Product Design, or equivalent practical experience demonstrated through a digital portfolio.

Why Join Caesars UX Design?

  • Multi-Surface Ecosystem: Design across mobile apps, websites, kiosks, and in-room TVs — creating a unified modular experience.
  • DesignOps Support: Work within a centralized governance model that supports consistency, mentorship, and tooling innovation.
  • Visual and System Excellence: Where exceptional craft and scalable design are non-negotiable — and actively cultivated.
  • Future-Forward Practices: Engage with AI-driven design-to-code workflows, modular systems, and adaptive ecosystems.
  • Impact at Scale: Help define the next era of connected, intelligent digital guest experiences — far beyond conventional e-commerce.

At Caesars, we’re not just designing screens — we’re designing systems, experiences, and futures. If you are passionate about building modular, connected, scalable experiences — and want to move beyond the traditional constraints of transactional UX — we invite you to create the extraordinary with us.
