We have an exciting opportunity for a UX Designer to join our eCommerce team, reporting directly to the Director of User Experience. You’ll craft engaging, visually compelling shopping journeys for Men’s Wearhouse and our family of brands while growing in a coaching-oriented environment. Success in this role requires delivery of three critical aspects\: applying strong design craft within an e-commerce product space, collaborating seamlessly with product management and engineering partners, and communicating your ideas persuasively—both in writing and through compelling storytelling.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

  • Champion our digital shopping experiences, advocating for quality, accessibility, and polished visual hierarchy across responsive touchpoints.
  • Own the end-to-end design workflow—framing problems, exploring multiple solutions, iterating from low-fidelity concepts to pixel-perfect UI and interactive prototypes (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC), and partnering through launch.

  • Document your thinking—write concise briefs, rationale, and implementation notes so teammates can understand and act on your vision.
  • Bias toward action—push beyond the initial ask, surface new opportunities, and consistently raise the quality bar.
  • Contribute to a growth-minded design culture by giving and seeking feedback, mentoring where you have strengths, and championing inclusive, user-centered practices.
