About the Job

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in designing and refining compelling digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with developers and marketing communications to bridge the gap between design and implementation, ensuring seamless user interactions across various platforms.

Your ability to balance creativity with technical feasibility will be key to enhancing user engagement and elevating the overall user experience.

What Are Your Responsibilities

• Design, re-design, prototype, and refine user interfaces.

• Work alongside developers to bridge the gap between design and implementation.

• Work along side marketing communications to bridge the gap between design and content.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and iterate on designs.

• Optimize UI performance and responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.

• Help us go from static UI to interactive UX.
  

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

• Affinity for technology.

• Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Strong UI/UX skills, with a portfolio showcasing design systems, user flows, and prototypes.

• Experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative design processes.

• Familiarity with motion design, AI-driven UX, or Webflow/No-Code tools.

• Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal English.

• Living in Europe.
